Ingredients

  • 4,5cl of Absinthe
  • 2 bar spoons of sugar syrup
  • 1 bar spoon of egg white
  • 3cl of fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • You need to shake 4,5cl of Absinthe, two bar spoons of sugar syrup, 1 bar spoon of egg white and 3cl of fresh lime juice in a shaker with some ice cubes. Be careful about the ice cubes. Avoid using too much of them because if you use too much ice cubes, you will miss the proper consistence that this cocktail has to have and you will use the proper rate of alcohol of your cocktail. Also too much water will cause the other ingredients’ tastes disappearance.
  • Shake your cocktail well and put it in a highball glass. Garnish it with a slice of pear or apple. If pear or apple does not go to your taste, you can use a slice of orange or a slice of grape fruit. You have prepared the Absinthe Fizz cocktail recipe. Good appetite.
