  • 1 apple
  • 10 gr fresh ginger
  • 1 glass of half skimmed cow milk
  • 1 spoon of yogurt
  • 1 spoon of almond
  • 6 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Firstly, you should peel of medlar and apple and make them into little pieces. After this process, put the slices into the freezer to get them cool. We suggest you to freeze them because it will be easier to use them in blender.
  • At the second step, you can prepare your caramelized mix. Put a glass of cow milk and a spoon of yogurt into a blender and add a spoon of almond. Mix them well.
  • Last step is to compare all your materials. Put your ice fruits into the blender. Mix them until they get tiny pieces. Add 10gr fresh ginger and mix again. When all steps are done you can put your drink into a big glass and garnish it with fresh mint. Your Medlar and Apple Smoothie Recipe is ready now!
