Cream the stork bake margarine and castor sugar together
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add to the mixture whilst mixing well
Add the essence and continuemixing
Sieve the flour together with the baking powder
Now add flour bit by bit and when it's all finished you still have a thick batter, add some bit of water and mix till you get a consistency that easily falls off from your mixing spoon
Pour in your greased or sprayed baking pan and bake at 180° for close to 40 or so minutes till golden brown
When a cake tester comes out clean then your cake is done so let it stand on a cooling rack.

BUTTER Ingredients; -500 gms icing sugar -250 gms wooden spoon margarine -1 tbsp milk -1 tsp vanilla essence -Egg white of 1 egg -1 tsp cream of tartarMethod; -Cream the margarine together with the icing sugar till light and fluffy -Add milk and vanilla essence and continue mixing on medium speed -Separate egg white from yolk and beat it. Add cream of tartar to stiffen it and add to the cream mixture and continue beating till well mixed -When well mixed, it will be as good as whipped cream because of the egg white (new discovery) and it is now ready for use. Decorate cake as desired...happy baking
