Everyone likes potatoes salad. Fry up potatoes taste good except are not beneficial for your fitness if you eat them regularly. Boiling potatoes are the only way to eat your potatoes with no any bad effects of roasted them in oil.

Easy potato salad Recipe

If you have boil potato ready, you be able to make this salad in 2-3 minutes. As well as you have the salad ready to dish up as a side dish to breads or rice. It is a satisfying strong salad as it is prepared with boiled potatoes. You be able to make potato salad through boiled potatoes otherwise make them keen on a potato masala fry. Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped.
  • 2 large Potato
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 chopped fine Green chili it is optional

Ingredients for Seasoning

  • a pinch Asafetida it also optional
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 4-5 leaves. Curry leaves (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

Preparation

  • Boiled the potatoes within water until they are completed well otherwise force cook the potatoes. Let chilly and then eliminate skin.
  • Crush the potatoes lightly otherwise you can cube them in little bite size pieces if you wish.

  • Put in the potatoes, sugar, salt, chili as well as leaves of coriander to the curd. Mix up glowing.

Make the seasoning:

  • High temperature oil. Put in cumin seeds. At what time they end spluttering, add curry leaves and asafetida if you are using them.
  • Get off fire as well as let cool a little.
  • Put in to the salad as well as mix well.
  • You be able to serve this potato salad at the space temperature otherwise chilled.
