Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 large potato
  • Green peas
  • Fresh tomatoe
  • Green pepper
  • Onion
  • 1 tin milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Stock cubes
  • Fresh pepper
  • Diced beef
  • Flour

Instructions

  • Dice your potatoe in very small shapes and boil for 10 minutes. Add your green peas and boil, Sieve and allow to cool.
  •  In a bowl break in your four eggs, beat till foamy add your tin of milk and sugar keep whisking, Add your flour bit by bit till very creamy but not thick.
  • Add your diced vegetables and seasoning and any other vegetable of your choice. Add your diced beef or any choice of meat, You can also add some diced hotdogs for lovers of chop chop.
    Add your cooked potatoe with peas

Notes

Grease your pan with olive oil and pour in your mixture and bake for 30 - 40 mins or insert toothpick, if it comes out clean, you're good to go.
Served at breakfast with fried Russian n a cup of cappuccino 
Also made fruit salad with :
- chopped pineapple 
- Paw paw
- Apple 
- Banana 
And put frutree pear n Apple fruit juice 
NB: You can use any fruits n juice of your choice n dress with choice of yoghurt
