Fresh Ginger and Mint Detox Juice Recipe

This new green colored detox juice is quite powerful when it is compared with the other detox juices. This is the main reason why you should not begin your detox cure with this detox juice in the event that you have never adopted any detox cure before in your life. The mint is an excellent plant for the purification of the blood. It also reduces swelling in the body. Lemon also purifies blood but more importantly, it helps to eliminate toxins from the liver and kidneys. Mint and lemon mixture in this detox juice creates a refreshing taste which reveals a green light and tasty juice.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of water
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Two and a half fresh cm of fresh ginger
  • One medium cucumber
  • 4 tablespoon of fresh mint
  • One handful of ice

Instructions

  • Firstly squeeze your lemon with the help of a juice squeezer and keep it aside. Then get your cutting board and start slicing your one medium cucumber into fine slices right after you wash it well
  • Then start chopping your two and a half fresh cm of fresh ginger on your cutting board with the help of your knife and then repeat the process for four tablespoon of fresh mint. Now include the juice of one lemon, two and a half fresh cm of chopped fresh ginger, finely sliced cucumbers and four tablespoon of chopped fresh mint into the blender and turn it on.
  • Once they mix to each other well know include three cups of water and some ice on them and turn it on again. You can consume this detox juice during the day with your family members or friends. Enjoy it!
