Ingredients

  • A handful of red grapes
  • 5-6 red plums
  • 6-7 walnuts
  • 200 ml of half skimmed cow milk
  • 2 table spoons of yogurt
  • 1 table spoon of grape molasses
  • 1 table spoon of whipped topping

Instructions

  • At first you need to remove the stems of the grapes and remove the seeds of the plums. After you have done with them, slice them into little cubes and put their slices in freezer.
  • While the plum and the grape slices are being frozen, put 200ml of half skimmed cow milk, two table spoons of yogurt and a table spoon of grape molasses in a blender. Break and crumble six or seven walnuts and add them in the blender and mix these ingredients.
  • Add the plum and the grape slices which are already been frozen into the mix that you have prepared. Add some ice cubes and mix your drink for the last time.
  • Put your drink in a big glass and garnish it with a table spoon of whipped topping. You can pour a tea spoon of ground nutmeg if you wish. Your grape plum walnut smoothie recipe is ready to be served.
