Homemade Gingerbread Cookies Recipe

The colder the evenings become, the more often you want to get warm with fragrant hot tea. And what kind of tea without cookies?) My new sweet favorite is an incredible recipe for homemade ginger cookies. Here you have a pleasant texture, excellent taste, and, most importantly, a cozy aroma of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg

Ingredients

  • 25 fl oz. Almond flour
  • 8 fl oz. Erythritol
  • ½ tsp Ginger powder
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tbs Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 2 ½ fl. oz Coconut oil
  • 4 fl. oz. Butter
  • 2 Large egg
  • Vanilla, salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the butter and coconut oil with a blender, add the eggs, flavor and mix thoroughly. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry and knead the dough. Roll the balls, place on a baking sheet and press with a fork, giving the shape of a cookie. Bake in the oven preheated to 350 ° F for 15-18 minutes Bon Appetit
