Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

Ingredients for the hamburgers:

  • 7.64 oz prime rib minced meat (whatever minced meat you like works)
  • 1 tsp spicy mustard
  • a pinch of coarse ground black pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • 4 hamburger buns (whatever kind you like)
  • salad
  • tomatoe
  • 1 big red onion
  • a half of avocado (optional)
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

Ingredients for the homemade dressing:

  • 2.11 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tsp srisacha (optional amount)
  • a pinch of coarse ground black pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of red pepper powder

Ingredients for the cheese fries:

  • 0.66 pounds of frozen french fries
  • 1 package of bacon
  • cheddar cheese (to melt on top of the cheese fries)
  • The homemade dressing above (store bought works as well)
  • 1 small fresh jalapeno (to put on the top)

Ingredients for the oreos milkshakes:

  • 1,05 cup of cream
  • 0.42 cup of milk
  • 2.11 cups of vanilla ice crean
  • caramel sauce
  • chocolate sauce
  • whipped cream
  • 1 package of oreos

Instructions

  • Prepare everything in advance. wash the salad, slice the tomatoe, avokado and onion into thin slices. Make the homemade dressing (if you are not using store bought). blend all the ingredients and put the dressing in the fridge. Cut the jalapeno for the cheese fries into small pieces. Put a large amount of canola in a large skillet (so you can fry the french fries later). Cut the bacon into small pieces and put them in a skillet.
  • Put the minced meat in a large bowl and the mustard & rest of the ingredients as well and mix it. Shape the meat into patties (optional size) but remember that meat always shrinks while cooking so flatten the patties carefully if you do not want them to be thick. Put the patties on a pan or plate when you are done. Put canola oil on a skillet and put the heat on medium. When the skillet has heaten up put the patties on the skillet. Remember not to overcook the patties, depending on the size of the patties, the heat and skillet about 6 minutes on each side should be good.
  • While the patties are cooking put the skillet with the canola oil on high heat and when the oil is all heaten up put the french fries in. You will know that they are done when the french fries has a color. Fry the bacon meanwhile. Start the oven and put it on high heat. When all the patties are almost cooked put the cheddar cheese on them so it will melt.
  • When the french fries are crispy and done put some of the homemade dressing on the top, cheddar cheese, bacon and jalapeno. Put it the oven for a few seconds so that the cheese will melt.
  • Put the ice cream, cream, milk, oreos (save some to put on the top) in the blender and mix it. Put some chocolate sauce in the milkshake mugs and then pour the milkshake in the mugs. Spray the whipped cream on the top, put some caramel sauce and finish it with a oreo on the top.
