Homemade Pizza in 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 and half cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • Half cup warm water/milk
  • Pinch salt
  • Tomato sauce
  • Fried chicken breast chopped
  • Fried Hungarian sliced
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Add yeast, oil and salt to the warm water/milk and leave for ten minutes. Sift flour in a separate bowl the add the yeast mixture and mix with your hands until flour is no longer sticky. You can add more flour if sticky. Cover and leave to rise for an hour. 

    Homemade pizza
  • Get your oven tray and grease well and dust with flour. Get your dough and place on tray and spread gently in a circle. Spread tomato sauce then grate some cheddar cheese on top. Then spread your sausage slices then your your tomato and onion rings. Grate some mozzarella then sprinkle your chicken and green peppers then grate some more mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15minutes or until it looks ready.
