Ingredients

  • 1 daisy (if you add some of its seeds, your drink will be more effective on parasites)
  • 1 mango
  • Flaxseed
  • Any vegetables you prefer
  • A little piece of orange rind
  • Agave nectar, honey or pure stev

Instructions

  • As a first step, slice the mango to quarters and put them in the blender. You can let them wait in your fridge in order the fruit to be colder before you prepare your smoothie.
  • Add the daisy with or without seeds. If you are suffering from parasites, we suggest that you put some of its seeds because daisy seeds are natural cure for those people who are suffering from parasites.
  • Before you add the flaxseed, moisture them with some water the night before and make sure you grate it well. Otherwise, flaxseed that is not grated well can make your drink taste bitter. Also you can add the water that you made flaxseeds wait in.
  • After you add your vegetables to your drink, add a spoon of honey or some stevia leaves and a little piece of orange rind, mix them with agave nectar.
  • Put your mixture in a big glass and garnish it with a slice of orange.
You just completed your orange smoothie recipe now it is time to enjoy it with your friends or family members.

I guess it was what you might call…
