This peach smoothie recipe is suggested for those people who want to lose weight or especially who are suffering from diabetes. Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 1 spoon of yogurt
  • Half a glass of milk
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Slice two peaches in pieces and get them ready for the blender. If you do not have a blender, make sure you chopped them in very little pieces.
  • After it gives its water, add a spoon of yogurt and half a glass of milk. Mix them together and add a little cinnamon. Make sure you do not use cinnamon too much because using too much cinnamon can cause your drink to be taste bitter.
  • After you mix all materials all together, you can serve it in a big glass and you can garnish it with the rinds of the peaches. Also, a little mint leaf can make your drink look much more beautiful.
