I don’t know about you, but we end up having ripened bananas all the time in my kitchen. Every time I buy them at the store, I promise myself that we will consume them this time. Don’t get me wrong. We do consume them, but there is one or two that’s always left behind, and ends up over ripened.

I always make sure to make a recipe or two whenever I see over ripe bananas. I am glad to report that I have been able to bake some delicious banana bread, healthy banana smoothies and even banana ice cream.
