Smoked Salmon Canapes with Goat Cheese

Smoked Salmon Canapé with Goat Cheese is a versatile keto recipe for a holiday, or just unexpectedly unexpected guests! Beautiful, easy to prepare and very tasty snack definitely impress!

Ingredients

  • 8 ½ oz. Soft goat cheese
  • 4 oz Smoked salmon
  • 4 oz Radicchio Salad
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Basil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Finely chop the oregano, rosemary and fresh basil. Finely rub the garlic. Add to goat cheese, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper Mix thoroughly Separate sixteen small leaves of the same size from the head of Radicchio.
  • Put on each leaf a slice of salmon and 15 g of goat cheese mixture. Sprinkle with black pepper before serving. Bon Appetit
