Strawberry and Clove Detox Water Recipe

Mountain Strawberries Detox Recipe

Strawberry is one of the summer fruits which has great taste and can be found in all sizes. In this recipe which contains some strawberries, you have to use the strawberries which are known as mountain strawberries.

In the event that you cannot find these small strawberries than you do not have to worry since you can still use the regular strawberries that are available in each market during the summer season. The other materials are the materials which can be easily found in every market however in the event that you may face with challenging situations you can still prefer the shops that serve on the internet.

In the event that you like the sour taste a lot you can use lime instead of lemon however you should not forget that you may not get the taste of delicious strawberries in case you will prefer the lime. We believe that you will like the taste of this detox juice a lot and be addicted to it.

How To Make Strawberry Detox Recipe?

Ingredients

  • 15 – 20 cloves
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • One and a half liter of water

Preparation

  1. First of all you have to get the apples and chop them one by one in cubes and then you can get the lemon to slice.
  1. Once you complete chopping the apples and slicing the lemons, put them in a jar before you include your strawberries.
  1. And then you have to add the 15 – 20 cloves as well as the 2 cinnamon sticks. After all you can include the one and a half liter of water.
  1. Let the mixture wait for twenty four hours. You have to pay great importance to this since it is very important.
  1. This recipe is taken from a dietician. You can consume it three times a day before each main meal.
