Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb joint of choice. I used leg
- 1 onion
- Few garlic
- 3 med potatoes cubed
Instructions
- In frying pan, heat 2 tsp oil and brown lamb on all sides. Place in slow cooker for 4 hours on high with 1 cup water 1 chopped onion and whole garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Leave to cook.
- After 4 hours, remove from slow cooker. Place in oven tray and remove all the onions and garlic from slow cooker and sprinkle over lamb.
- Place potato cubes ( with salt and pepper) and roast in oven for 30 minutes at 200°. Turn lamb at least once. After 30 minutes, remove and serve with steamed veggies. Enjoy.
