  • 8 medium sized Potatoes
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 and half Cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped cooked bacon


  • For the preparation, of Cheesy potato just collects all the required things. First of all peel out the potato and cut it into moderate sized pieces.
  • It should be boiled in the salted water until tender. After it just drains out it and mash it. 
  • Now butter should be mixed in the mashed potato. 
  • After that 1 cup of cheese, 3/4 cup of bacon and sour cream should be mixed in that mixture. 
  • Spread potatoes in the casserole dish. Shake over with remaining bacon and cheese. 
  • This mixture should be kept on the flame for 20 minute and temperature should be 350 degree and keep on paying attention to it time to time. You can add salt according to the test. 
  • Now cheesy potato is ready to serve you can serve it as per your guest. It is sure that you will defiantly get a compliment after serving it.
