Almond Milk

Maple Syrup

Whole Wheat Flour

(chopped small, or use baking bits)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or line with cupcake liners. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients excepts flour and caramel
Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes, making sure to scrap sides of bowl as necessary.
On low speed, slowly mix in the flour a ⅓ cup at a time. Continue to mix until everything is well incorporated.
Add in caramel pieces and stir just enough to mix in.
Pour batter into muffin tin, filling to about ¾ full.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
