  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • One handful of mint leaves
  • One liter of water


  • First of all get the cucumbers on your cutting board and slice them slowly in order to get round slices. 
  • You can peel the cucumber in the event that you want however it will be better for you to keep them on the cucumber. 
  • Then get the lemon and slice it in the same way you did for the cucumbers. Now pour one liter of water into a jar. 
  • Respectively add the cucumber slices and then lemon slices. Add the mint leaves for the last one and stir it for few minutes in order to let them mix well.
  • Keep your jar in the refrigerator for one night. You can drink this detox juice in the next day which has numerous benefits and very delicious. You can drink it before the breakfast without eating anything as well as during the day.
