200ml halfskimmed milk
1spoon offruit yogurt
1spoon ofvanilla ice cream
Peel of the kiwano, pear and the apple then scour them well. Then slice them into little cubes. You can frost them in freezer before you use them if you wish.
Then put 200 ml half skimmed milk and a spoon of fruit yogurt in a blender and add the frozen fruits.
