Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
How to make Slow Cooker Swiss Steak ?
Servings 4 serves
- 2 lbs of round steak
- 1 tbl canola oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 package Lipton Beefy Onion Soup mix
- 1 1/2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
Cut the steak into 4 serving size pieces. Coat with flour and saute in hot oil until browned.
Place meat in slow cooker, Add onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and water. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.
