  • 2 lbs of round steak
  • 1 tbl canola oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 package Lipton Beefy Onion Soup mix
  • 1 1/2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water


  • Cut the steak into 4 serving size pieces. Coat with flour and saute in hot oil until browned.
  • Place meat in slow cooker, Add onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and water. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.
