Ingredients
12oz.Cauliflower
1lbSmoked chicken
2oz.Buffalo Sauce, Sugar Free
33fl. ozChicken bouillon
1tspOnion powder
3oz.Blue cheese
1tbsp.Green onion
Salt and spices, to taste
Instructions
Pour broth into a saucepan, put cauliflower, sauce and onion in it. Boil for 20 minutes until cauliflower is easily poked with a fork. Remove from heat, cool slightly, pour into a blender and grind to a smooth consistency.
Then pour it back into the pan, add the smoked chicken pieces and bring to a boil. after which, remove from heat and pour into plates. Garnish with finely chopped onions and blue cheese. Bon Appetit
