how to make Birthday Cake Recipe ? Enjoyed doing this for my nephew. Yes, some people will argue that it's not red velvet cake because it has no cheese cream but I insist it is. I must say it's the most delicious of all the velvet cakes I've tried out so far.

Butter Cream Icing
Cream the margarine and icing sugar till fluffy- Add the milk and vanilla essence and continue mixing till smooth then put in the fridge for about 10 minutes to set then decorate cake as desired.Did the dripping thing for the very first time, just mixed icing sugar, egg white and lemon juice to make some cream which is neither too thick nor too thin then used a scooping spoon to drip it round the cake before putting the decorations.
