March Madness Deviled Eggs Recipe

These fun and festive deviled eggs are the perfect appetizer for your March Madness party.

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  • cup mashed, cooked sweet potato
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika for dusting


  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise and spoon yolks into a bowl. Reserve whites. Mash yolks with a fork. Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
  • Mound the whites with yolk mixture using a 1½ inch ice cream scoop.
  • Sprinkle with sweet paprika if desired.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
