Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 pcs of dried apricots
  • 4-5 black grapes
  • 6 almonds
  • 1 dessertspoon of honey
  • 1 glass of milk

Instructions

  • Put one medium banana, two pieces of dried apricots, four or five black grapes, six almonds, one dessertspoon of honey in a blender. Do not forget that you should not include the glass of milk but keep it for the last one to include so in this way it will stay at the top. Then turn on your blender for few minutes until everything will mix. You will get one cup and a bonus half cup of this detox juice. You have to drink both of them in order to get the maximum results.
