Cut the lavas into thin long strips.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper well with a fork.
Grease the inside of the Muffin mold with a brush.
Place the rolled tortilla into muffin molds.
Divide the finely chopped capia pepper, sausage and feta cheese evenly into the molds.
Fill the gaps left in the molds with egg mixture so that there is 1 finger of space on it.
Bake in a controlled oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with a sprinkling of finely chopped parsley on top. Bon Appetit!
