- 2 Large Zucchini

- 2 tbs. Sour cream
- Green onions, to taste
- Preheat oven to 390 ° F. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise (in this keto recipe, the longer the zucchini you take, the better). Spoon remove the seeds and zucchini core, leaving a pulp about 1 cm thick.
